Ruby: (reading the title) Max Is It

(The episode starts with Max at the park with Ruby and her friends, Valerie and Louise.)

Max: Dribbler.

Ruby: Freeze, Max.

Valerie: Let's choose who's "IT". One potato two potato three potato four, five potato six potato seven potato more, I'm glad I'm not "IT". (Now with Max, Ruby and Louise) One potato two potato three potato four, five potato six potato seven potato more.

Louise: It's you or Max, Ruby.

Valerie: One potato two potato three potato four, five potato six potato seven potato more.

Ruby: You're "IT" Max.

Louise: Good luck Max.

Valerie: You're going to need it.

(They start running)

Ruby: Big kids like Valerie and Louise are pretty hard to catch, Max. But you can do it, being "IT" is fun.

Max: Dribbler.

Ruby: It's not snack time, Max. It's game time, let's start Now! (She starts running). Catch me if you can, Max.

(Max is sad)

Louise: You can't catch me.

Valerie: Here I am.

Ruby: Try to catch me, Max.

Max: Dribbler (now he is going to get the Dribbler).

Louise: Look out.

Valerie: (Gasps) Don't let him freeze you.

Ruby: I'm too fast for you to catch me, Max. (Max goes another place, the girls hiding in the slide, Ruby and Louise do not see Max) Louise, have you seen "IT" anywhere.

Louise: Uh-uh.

Ruby: Where's "IT" gone? Oh, Max, where are you?

Valerie: Watch out, Ruby, behind you.

Ruby: (Screams)

Ruby, Louise and Valerie: (Laugh).

(Max is so mad, then he gives up, but he will not, he goes up the slide, see who is going to get closer, Valerie get to the slide slow, Max gets down the slide about to attack her, Valerie notices)

Valerie: (Screams as she sees Max getting down the slide)

(Max freezes Valerie)

Max: Freeze.

Ruby: You're Frozen, Valerie.

Louise: You can't move. (laughs)

Max: Dribbler.

Ruby: But we still can.

(An angry Max is still on the chase, then he runs to them)

Ruby: (Laughing)

(Louise sees them, she starts to run, the three of them run around the seesaw, they stop, Max tries to catch the girls, but everytime Max is moving, the girls move, Max is full of anger, but then he has an idea, with a sneaky smile, he gets over the seesaw and freezes Louise)

Ruby: Look out.

Max: Freeze.

Ruby: You can't catch me.

(Max is tired)

Max: (Panting)

(Max is still not giving up, he runs in another way, Ruby hides in the slide)

Ruby: Oh, Max? You haven't frozen me yet!

(Ruby walks by the frozen Valerie and Louise)

Ruby: (confused) Where's "IT" gone?

Max: Dribbler.

Ruby: (Gasp and Screams as sees Max slides at the slide about to win the game)

(Max freezes Ruby)

Max: Freeze.

(Ruby, Louise and Valerie are all frozen, now Max has won, he gets the Dribbler out of Ruby's Backpack)

Max: Dribbler (He eats it).
