Goodnight Max is the 3rd segment of the 9th episode of Max & Ruby from season one.

Plot
Max is having trouble sleeping. His antics cause his pajamas to get stained and dirty, while the bright moon light, clock ticking, and fly buzzing are bothering him, so he keeps going to Ruby, saying “Still up”. Eventually, Ruby's Walkie-Talkie Bear toy helps Max get some shut-eye.

- In the UK British dub, Ruby refferd to the trail of "cookie crumbs" as "biscuit crumbs.

- Ruby keeps saying "Goodnight, Emily, Rapunzel, Mr. Quack, Mrs. Quack, Walkie-Talkie Bear, and goodnight, Ruby." whenever she gets back into bed.
