• Ruby: (The title card appears.) Camp Out. (The scene begins outside. Max drinks his bottle of juice. The scene cuts to a view of a backyard and the hot Sun. Then Max hears Ruby.)
• Ruby: We're having a heat wave, Max. (gets out) It's so hot. We're going to sleep outside tonight.
• Max: (He turns over then looks at the Sun.) Outside.
• Ruby: (She leans down on Max.) Not outside outside, Max. Outside inside a tent.
• Ruby: (Her and Max head to where the tent is.) Sleeping inside a tent will be fun, Max.
• Max: (opens side of tent and looks inside there)
